BT Connect email not recognised

Hello - I still use a BT Connect mailbox, but I've not logged in for a couple of months (May-26) and today I've been told its not recognised.

How can I get it back ?

If this isn't the right forum, please point out where I should ask this question.

Well I hadn't got around to contacting them, but I tried again just now and it works!

Huge relief but now I need to figure out how to backup all the email when I can only connect via the web.
