Looking to get BTConnect password reset

Hello,

I am wondering if there is anyone that could please help me out as I am getting nowhere with a simple issue that is proving impossible to resolve.

I have a BTClick email and a BTConnect email address (BTClick is my original email - BTConnect was forced upon me by BT when BT changed how they operated the email)

MY BTClick email is working fine - My BTConnect password has reached its full mailbox but unfortunately I have forgotten the password.

I tried to reset it and I don’t have the option (contact administrator) I just wondered if anyone could assist?

If you've forgotten the password for your BTConnect mailbox and the self-service reset option isn't available, you'll normally need to contact BT Business support for assistance with regaining access to the account.

You can find the available support options here:

• BT Business Help & Support

If you're the account administrator, please have your account details available when you get in touch. If someone else manages the account, they may need to request the reset on your behalf.

Hopefully the support team can help you get back into the mailbox soon.
