Hello

My BT business broadband will be cancelled by my employer soon, however I wish to retain the use of my @btconnect.com email address and account. Once cancelled will my @btconnect.com accounts be closed down or can can I continue accessing the account via Office 365?

Hi TonyP

if your @btconnect.com email address is associated with a business broadband connection, when the connection is closed/ceased this will close off the email address at the same time.

To keep @btconnect.com emails addresses active that are linked to broadband accounts, you need to have a business broadband account.
