    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can make calls from the first Yealink W56H DECT IP Phone regsitered but when I try to make the same call from the second and third registered phones I get a TimeOut error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The second problem I have is when I try to access the Phonebook I get the Connect Error! message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new BT customor and have the same problem as you, i.e. when I try to access the phone directory, I get "Connect Error".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see you have been waiting over a year for a response without any luck!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to contact BT support all day..It is easier to get an appointment to see the Pope !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This does not bode well at all&lt;/P&gt;</description>
