Getting contacts on to phone

I have a new yealink w73p handset with the voip system.
I need to transfer my contacts on to it .

When I select Phonebook on the phone menu it beeps and says “connection error”

has anyone found a way of transferring a lot of contacts to the handset.
bt chat help said type them in by hand! Not feasible!

Hi loveday,

Your business contacts can be copied across to your Cloud Voice Express service via the Cloud Voice Express app. You'd first need to download this onto your mobile phone where your business contacts are held and you'd then be able to transfer them across. The app can be downloaded by texting CVEapp to 81192, or you can download it from the App Store or Google Play.
