    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've recently deployed BT Cloud voice and are experiencing an odd issue with some, but not all handsets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Handsets are Yealink T46U VDM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've set up company contacts via Sites -&amp;gt; Features -&amp;gt; Company Contacts and it works for some users but not all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, pressing the Directory button on my phone shows the directory as expected. This is the case for most phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when pressing that on some phones it says "Unable to download remote phonebook". I've tried resetting those phones and re-provisioning them but same issue persists. The phones work fine though and can make calls both internally and externally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
