What phone system 2024

We are kicking off looking at a new voip phone system in January, I can’t see any standout products on the market. What would people recommend?

Things we need/ want

We have 2 contact centres

API to integrate with custom erp

Office 365 intergration/ provision via groups

Single sign on

Great windows soft phone

Easy admin

Cloud hosted or reliable service provider lead

Call recording or intergration with call recording

Wall board

Good reporting direct or via powerbi
