Hello,

I have recently got ftp with a Business Smart Hub 3 and the Cisco desk phone.

Is there a cordless phone I can add to this? Would the BT essential VOIP phone work with this set up?

Install the BT Cloud Voice Express app on your mobile then you will have your business number on your mobile as well as your Cisco desk VOIP phone. When someones calls both will ring and you can answer on either Cisco or mobile. Mobile also works over mobile data when out of office etc.

The BT essential VOIP phone won't work without an ATA adapter. Bakery is right, I would advise using the CVE app 🙂

There are currently issues with some android phones not staying logged in so you have to keep checking that the CVE app is logged in otherwise you may be missing calls and not know.
