Hi markb115

I have spoken to the Cloud Voice Express team who have advised no you can't use that ATA adapter, you must purchase an ATA adapter from us. They are locked to our service so you have to use one of these. You can speak to the CVE repair team on 0800 011 3237 to discuss this.

Hi,

If you are looking to retain an analogue phone system while the line is moving to broadband only with digital access for calls the best thing to do is approach an independent IT specialist for support. BT Business will recommend switching the phones to new digital handsets or just to buy an ATA adapter. If you do opt to buy the adapter setup needs to be carried out and maintained by yourself though.

Thank you,
