    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We got new one call sim cards that were activated in may.since then,about 25-30% of our incoming calls drop when answered. I have called customer support many times either get told it will be looked at &amp;amp; somebody will get back to me(never happened yet)or I have to go through the portal which I can't get in too(says I don't have access on the number I'm using &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;)At my wits end now,can anybody advise a solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plz &amp;amp; thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We got new one call sim cards that were activated in may.since then,about 25-30% of our incoming calls drop when answered.
