      <title>Cannot download PLCM Phonebook on Yealink Phones</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've installed new Yealink phones SIP-T46U models, when we try to access the directory it states 'cannot download PLCM phonebook'?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've added contacts on the self service portal but these are not synching up to the phones under the directory, any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
