topic rental equipment in Phone system

We rented equipment from BT in 2016 and the description listed it as OID-03165682 we now want to terminate the agreement and return 'it' but we don't know what it is - all the people involved at the outset are no longer here

Any ideas would be very welcome

Typically these references would be in relation to equipment such as a phone system, and ordered via your BT Local Business office - do it show on your bills with that reference?

Completely agree with this! Reaching out to BT Support is definitely the best way to get clarity on the equipment linked to that reference number. Checking billing documents or lease agreements for additional details is a smart suggestion too.
