      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have just now moved from BT Cloud Phone to BT Cloud Voice.&amp;nbsp; We are paying £6 a month more for the same service.&amp;nbsp; Our BT transfer manager says this is wrong that we should be paying less ?&amp;nbsp; Ha anyone made the same move and are you paying more or less ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our charges monthly are :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cloud connect users 2&amp;nbsp;@ £24.84&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Number porting £0.20p&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;500min call package £15.20&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total monthly cost £40.24&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The transfer manager said that we were being over charged and she was going to open a sales comlaint, however this complaint was closed with no contact from anyone at BT.&amp;nbsp; So my question is are we being over charged&amp;nbsp; compare to others that have the same system ?&amp;nbsp; A formal complaint to OFCOMM may be our only route.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
