Is there a way to run telecalling campaigns without exporting leads from CRM to dialers?

We used to export lead data to Excel, upload it to dialer tools, and then hope nothing broke in between. Not only was it slow, but it also exposed sensitive information and caused data mismatches.

Now we just run telecalling campaigns directly from our CRM. Leads are selected inside the system, and the campaign auto-syncs with our dialer (we use Corefactors + Smartflo). No downloads, no uploads.

What helped?

Agents get an automatic pop-up with lead details the moment a call connects.
They can update the lead’s status or notes right there, during the call.
No more juggling between sheets, portals, and tabs.

If anyone else is dealing with Excel fatigue for calling campaigns, happy to share what setup worked for us.
