      <description>&lt;P&gt;The "connect error" typically occurs when W73H handsets fail to retrieve the remote phonebook from the base station (W70B). This can be caused by:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Provisioning issues&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Certificate trust settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Network instability or configuration mismatches&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
