      <title>Ongoing Number Porting Issue – Numbers Wrongly Ported Out and Still Not Resolved</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m raising a serious and long-running issue regarding the porting of my business phone numbers to BT Cloud Work. My numbers were ported &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;out&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; of BT to my previous provider without any authorisation from me — despite several calls and emails clearly stating that no such request had been made.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The situation is now extremely confusing: the numbers appear as active on my BT Cloud Work account, yet calls continue to route through the previous provider. This means the numbers are shown as being with BT but are not functioning correctly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have contacted BT support multiple times over several months, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I’m told the matter is “being monitored” or “awaiting supplier feedback,” and I have been unable to speak with a supervisor despite numerous requests.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This ongoing problem has caused serious disruption to my business communications.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have already submitted a formal complaint through the BT Business complaints process, but I am posting here to seek further support and resolution.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A concerned BT Business customer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I started the porting process end of Sept.2025 and&amp;nbsp; it has only just been done Nov.20th so many complications I was on the point of giving up . I still cannot log onto a cloud voice portal .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had so many converstions with "BT India " some of them taking up to 4 hours ,raised complaints to no avail .My last conversation and I have another problem .I am informed that I have Cloud Phone and also Cloud Voice .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only certainty is that BT keep taking money from my account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nty Is that they keep taking money form our accuont&lt;/P&gt;</description>
