I'm in the process of moving 25 BB lines to BT Business, several of which will keep their phone number & phone access through the Cloud Voice Express box, however, to manage it on-line, it says to login using my BT Business credentials, but I don't want multiple users to have access to the main account.

So how can I give each Cloud Voice Express user separate login credentials just for their phones ?

Thanks, Dave.

Hi Dave, thanks for getting in touch.

For Cloud Voice Express, each user doesn’t get their own separate login. The system is designed so that only the main BT Business account holder manages the settings for all Cloud Voice Express phones.

That means:

You log in once with the main BT Business credentials

From there, you can manage all Cloud Voice Express numbers, call features, schedules, greetings, etc.

Individual users can’t have separate logins just for their own phone or extension

If you want to limit who can make changes, the best option is to keep the login details restricted and only share them with the colleagues responsible for managing the service.

If you need any more help, you can reach the support team through: Using Cloud Voice Express | BT Business

from there you can jump on Live Chat or give them a call.
