Please help! The email address provided by the BT domain service only replies 'delivery failure'!!
My domain name has been suspended. After contacting 'Getting Business Online' who registered my domain name for me, they are now unable to access my account. After 4 days of trying to make progress, I realised that this would be very difficult to resolve via an automated service - hence the reason why its been almost impossible to get some real answers. After extensive research, I now realise it is because I registered my domain name before May 2011 and with system updates my account is does not now appear. On this basis it is very difficult to get someone to please assist me with what I need to do next? I need to keep my domain name and make sure it is properly registered and really need your assistance to advise me on what I need to do next. All help and advice appreciated.
