Hi every one I am new to this, does anyone have any idea what is going on with managing your online shop.
When I try to access it I get a message saying BT's certificate has expired. Has anyone been given an explanation as to what to do. I hope some one can help me or point me in the right direction.
Apologies for the late response, this issue has been escalated as a top priority to our support department. The issue appears to be with our website control panel (myoffice.bt.com) as soon as we have an update we will post here.
Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to restore your service as soon as possible.
The service has been working correctly in one way or another for 4 days now - absolutely appauling.
Whether it be problems with logging in, accessing email, site editing - totally hopeless
Ovbiously in my irate state I have lost the ability to type correctly - My previous post should read HASN'T WORKED CORRECTLY!!
