Managing contacts for a small business using BT Office 365? HELP!

I want to be able to manage contacts for our business. We have Office 365 Business Premium for all 4 users.
How do we do this. It seems like contacts are per user, and as BT retain the admin function we have no access to a global address list.
HELP!!!
