So I got a PAC Code from my previous provider and provided that to BT Business Mobile, sure enough they have received and as a result my previous supplier has closed the account as the number was ported out.
just 1 slight problem, BT Business Mobile don't seem to have this set up, I've raised this through their complaints but as ever response is extremely slow. Has anyone else had issues like this. The mobile number is one of my main contact numbers which no one can get through on, if anyone calls he number it just rings...I've reset my phone and still it shows the BT provided number not my ported number.
So yesterday I joined the Freedom fam (yay); unfortunately my old phone number hasn't been porting from Videotron to Freedom. Online tech support has asked me to go in and see a warranty center. Is this a common problem? Is it absolutely necessary to visit a warranty center or did he just give up on me? Trying to minimize my infection risk.
