Repeated disconnections on HH5 & Infinity

I had residential infinity until early Jan, switched to business infinity as my wife & I work from home and I need the option of critical care, which isn't available to residential.

 

I got a new home hub 5 which seemed okay for a week or two, but since then I've experienced regular and repeated disconnections when connected to wireless (specifically 2.4ghz). This morning I had 4-5 disconnections in less than 15 mins, only for a few seconds but enough to screw up any work I'm doing that requires a constant connection.

I've disabled the 'Sync with 2.4 GHz' and connection on 5ghz seems a lot more stable, but my wife's getting the same disconnections even when hard wiired (using TP-Link home plug). She can't connect to the 5ghz network as the signal's too weak.

There seem to be a lot of people experiencing the same problems on the residential forums - anyone on here had / having similar experiences?
