Hi There,
our website is hosted on a BT webhosting package, and we currently cannot access it when clicking on the link within:
Your account > Manage Services > Web hosting
Upon clicking 'manage <your domain>' it goes to a screen which says:
'You are now logged out of BT Website Centre, please close this window.'
(with this address in the url bar: https://hosting.hostingbt.com/OS4/resources/1891/BTshell/logout.html )
I havnt had any luck directly accessing the site FTP either, using a client or through a browser- it just says there is a problem with the address etc.
Can anyone recommend a fix for this issue?
