site wizard - pages not saving

Just started to use the site software today. I've been using the site wizard, and i had created a page, saved it along the way. I went to publish it and it had reverted back to the original first template/first draft on viewing the published page. It is repeatedly doing this. When I log on, all changes have been erased. Maybe I am adding to much? I've tried one photo and some text, and even then it seems a challenge.

With the wizard, is this the only way you can access you pages? or just to even check the exist?

I'd be grateful for any help, because this is driving me crackers!

Hi H, Same happens to me on Easysite wizard Pro. What I found was instead of saving it (which didn't work), click preview instead. This saved it for me. Try it and see if it works for you.

I've been having this problem since Thursday. My website is basically frozen now.

I've spent ages on the phone trying to get hold of BT but after waiting for 45 minutes someone picked up the phone and hung up TWICE.
