BT Access Dongle Database Update Failure

Hi 

 

Can someone possibly help me.  I have a BT mobile broadband dongle for work and when it was initialising today, when it got to the point of saying 'Checking for D/Base Update', it then failed and said the 'specific URL timed out'.  It is all green and showing as connected, however I have no connection ??!!

 

I have googled via my phone, but cannot find an answer.  I am currently connected to the store fibre, but need to solve the issue.
