BT Business Hub 3 unable to view or use static IP Addresses

I have just got the BT Option 2 business broadband package and I cannot access any of my static ip addresses. My hub is connecting with a dynamic IP and there are no options on the router to change this to use a static IP address, even in advanced settings. Have I been given the wrong router or is there a firmware update that I need? The hub software version is 4.7.5.1.83.8.57.1.3 (Type A)

You should have it replaced if it's not working. That's what I did before, though I waited for a few days.
