BT Business Hub - How do I change the IP Address range

Hi,

I have a BT Business Hub which we've been given by BT.


The default range for the router is 192.168.1.x


Our network is on 192.168.20.x



I have gone into the Router, Settings > LAN > theres an option to change the IP Address to manuel and disable the DHCP. But when I click Save it says error. 


But doesn't tell me what the error is????

Never configured one of these, is there a setting I am missing elsewhere?

Hi there,

Could be another setting somewhere causing the problem, try factory resetting it using the reset hole at the back.  Hold it in until power flashes.

But what you are doing should work.

What subnet are you using with that setup? Bacause of the Openzone service, there's strict classfull NAT'ing in place, and it won't allow you to use a non-conforming subnet with the gateway.
