I am hoping someone can help on this query. We have a BT business router and the model is BT Business Hub 688 - 2701 hgv-c . Some time back I remember that I could save the router settings because when the connection went down, people kept pressing reset and sometimes settings would end up going to factory default.
It seems now that the option to backup or save the router settings is gone or removed. Can anyone confirm this?
Or am I looking in the wrong configuration page on this router.
