Broadband Cut Off

Our business broadband was given to someone else on the 19th of August, contacted BT but nothing they can do. Meant to be reconnected today but apparently that was cancelled on the 26th of August.No one knows why or when we will get reconnected, it takes an average of an hour to get through to anyone so thus far have wasted 7 hours on the phone trying to get this sorted.

 

Have raised with Ofcom but unless this is slamming they are not interested.

 

Have purchased Virgin Media Broadband, given BT have a 2 week head start I will choose whoever gets us connected first. 

 

Just want a broadband connection!!!!! I had one for 17 years with BT, never missed a payment but that counts for nought!!
