Business Hub 5 DHCP problems

Hopefully someone can offer some guidance.

I'm currently installing NVR camera systems in a Clients retail outlets and all was going fine until I came across the Business Hub 5. In the two previous locations the Client has Draytek routers and connection and configuration was relatively easy.

Now, when I come to the Hub 5 I've got issues Using the DHCP the Hub appears to assign a valid IP address to the router and for a short while, less than a minute, the device shows as connected in the 'Devices' page of the hub manager. It actually connects for long enough that the NVR can get a time sync from a server and then just shows up as not connected on the Hub manger page. For the short while it is connected it doesnt display the 'D' symbol next to the device. Laptop, iPad and phone all connect fine.

I had initially thought it waas the NVR playing up but now I've got 2 of them in different sites both with the Hub 5, both with exactly the same problem. As I said before the ones running on the Draytek routers are fine.

Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
