So, as per the title, if a subscription to BT Internet is cancelled do BT immediately and automatically delete the email mailbox, or have people found they can continue to access their mailbox as a WebMail afterwards?
Second question: do other broadband suppliers insist on you having a landline telephone installed as part of their package? Or is it possible to just opt for broadband internet only with no landline. (Fibre optic areas only, obviously)

Hi there,
If it is a BTConnect address you are talking about then you may not lose it immediatelly but it will eventually go yes. You need an active broadband account to keep the btconnect addresses.
There is a product called SOGEA which offers BB without an active landline service. It still works over the landline, there's just no phone service on it.
I don't think BTBusiness offer it yet. It's on the Wholesale page though
Thanks
