Does anyone else’s connection start going down just after they’ve turned down an upgrade

Once again just after we’ve said no to upgrade our internet service with by the connection starts cutting out

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the connection. I will say though that not upgrading should have no bearing on your connection, but I apologise about the inconvenience it has caused. I would recommend getting in touch with us on 0800 800 154 to get your internet checked out and to get this issue resolved.
