Everything is connected but no internet

Hello. Somebody has reseted my router yesterday. Now i am trying to set it up, it writes the WAN is connected and the internet led on the router is on but there is no internet. Sometimes it asking me to 'log in the network' and gives me a a BT service information page. I am using a TP-Link TD-W9980 with the latest firmware. I am connected to ADSL_2plus and using PPOA in WAN.
Any idea? Thanks.

It sound like your router is logging in on the wrong username and password for the line, I would advised to contact the helpdesk to confirm what details your router should be logging in with.
