How Do I connect my laptop to the home hub wirelessly?

I'm not sure what information you need.

I've had BT for about 2 years now and have no problem but now we have a laptop and I'd like to lounge in bed with it 😉 please can someone tell me what I've done wrong as I can't get it to find my wireless thing and when I try to get into basic configuration it asks for password which I don't remember setting.

Thank you

Typically you would scan the area for your wireless connection, if it's the Business Hub your wireless SSID (the name of your wireless hub) will show as BTBusinessHub-XXX where the xxx is the last 3 digits of the serial number of your router. Once found, highlight and click Connect. By default all Business Hubs are configured with a pre-defined password to connect to the wireless, this can be found on the bottom of the router on the sticker with the barcode on it. You're looking for the WEP key in [square brackets] and it should be 10 numbers (if its a newer 2701 Business hub 2, then it's WPA). Type the number in and connect and you should be good to go.
