IP Profile Reset Required

Hi.

 

After a line issue now resolved, I now require an IP profile reset.

 

System Up Time 143:26:15

Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collisions Tx B/s Rx B/s Up Time

WAN PPPoA 703745 972504 0 284 4344 53:52:31

LAN 10M/100M 1368679 1066773 0 2209 215 143:26:10

WLAN 11M/54M 193290 192446 0 383 30 143:24:47

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream

Connection Speed 284 kbps 1104 kbps

Line Attenuation 18 db 4.5 db

Noise Margin 31 db 6 db

 

As you can see the downstream sync is 284kbps. Noise margin 31db. Based on line capability the downstream sync should be around 15Mbps.

 

I have run the BT wholesale speedtest and the following results for downstream:

 

Speed achieved: 0.25Mbps

IP Profile: 0.25Mbps

 

Please can one of the mods respond so I can get this issue resolved.

Hi nickaminsky

 

If you contact the helpdesk, they will be able to look at the line, and depending on the line type get a reset put through for you.  If it is a fibre line they will need to organise an engineer to come out to reset the profile.

Thanks all sorted. Spoke to helpdesk over chat who confirmed the profile was stuck and now reset getting 15Mbps.
