Need Assistance with Order Implementation for ADSL

Dear Sir or Madam:

 

Desperately in need of a human point of contact that can assist with an ADSL installation that been cancelled, rescheduled, and two installation appointments missed.  We have the equipment onsite.  There seems to be some confusion with the order status and I need to get an escalation manager to assist me.  My in country contact has stated that he can not reach someone to escalate this matter which has become highly critical.

 

Could someone provide me a means as to how I can escalate an order installation and I'll be glad to provide the order information and what has been happening?
