New Infinity connection - 0.49 Mbps Down / 0.96 Mbps Up

Good day all.

 

I have a new BT Infinity connection. I'm in a rural area so don't have huge expectations in terms of speed but the upload speed is twice the download and generally the Internet is unusable. IP Profile is def curious:

Have you been in contact with the helpdesk to get the line tested?

 

Looking an the details your router is logged in as green-light@ this is a default/test username that will need changed to your line specific username.  If you don't have the details the helpdesk can help configure the router for you.
