Perkbox offer redemption

Hi

 

I received an email from BT offering 6 months of Perkbox for 20 employees if we renew our broadband package. We did so but have received no activation code as described in the FAQs for the offer here https://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/popup/a_id/47280/?s_cid=btb_FURL_perkboxoffer&s_cid=DM18...

 

Has anyone else had any success with this?

Really sorry you've had some problems with this.

 

I haven't found out all the process, but I can get a new activation code sent to you.

I'll PM you for the details I need.

When I know what the process is, I'll update this post and the FAQ.

Hi,

 

I also had a similar issue we just renewed with BT based on an offer including 6 months free membership of perkbox. The email said that we would receive the codes within a week, but nothing. I have contacted BT customer services but they have no clue about this. How do I get the codes?
