BT have told me that they were installing my fibre line today so in order to connect it they have said that they need to use my existing line, so they disconnected my work phone and standard broadband. Now they are saying that they cannot connect the fibre...

 

So, no work phone as the discconected it, no broadband, no work BT mobile as the signal is so poor it only works over the broadband...

 

I cannot do any work without the phones as no one can contact me, can not respond to emails unless I use Costa or McDonalds (or if I can persuade them) a neighbours broadband. 

 

This has been going on for nearly four weeks from the request to now and still no date for the broadband/fibre connection. 

 

How do I get past 'customer services' to get something done. They say calls will be returned within 48 hours. No work, no pay so who compensates me?
