Unable to access the BT Business Smart Hub Manager after enabling Bridge Mode

Hi, 

 

I wanted to use the BT Business Smart Hub as a modem only, so I found the advice here: 

 How do I use my Smart Hub as a modem only? and enabled the 'Brdige Mode' it all worked fine and the Hub light is now white to show it's working.

 

I've connected my router to the hub and everything is working perfectly, exact one thing... I now can't access the smart hub manager via 192.168.1.254. 

 

Am I missing something?
