Currently we're with BT. We have fibre, but our connection is unstable. I have tried to fix this issue myself with some help from a friend and he suggested that the issue is most likely on their end.
After attempting to contact their awful customer service in India numerous times. I've given up. Their representatives are rude and incompetent.
Right now I'm currently thinking about Virgin, but I honestly don't know anyone else who uses them. I just know that I've never had a bad experience with any of their other services.
