BT Business Smart Hub 3 Back up/Restore greyed out?

Recent FTTP install and everything setup and working well so I would like to take a back up of my hub settings... But I can't because the option is greyed out and it cannot be selected. Am I missing something or is this a known fault/bug/issue etc.?
