"Faster Total Broadband" On Business Account

Hi,

We're looking to upgrade to fibre optic broadband and are offered speeds of up to 17mbps through the speed checker on the home section of the site as the Bicester exchange has been upgraded. However the option to take this on a business package is not available?

Why is this and is there any way it can be offered as the jump from 2mbps to 17mbps would greatly appreciated?

Hi,

Just checked the number and it shows a download speed of 14 Mb on the checker.

Now I don't know if this changed, but BT Business were only offering fibre to customers who could get at least 15 Mb, as they were trying to implement a minimum speed level, but I don't know if this is still the case.
