setting up cctv over fixed ip with bt business hub

im trying to set up my rugbys club cctv for remote viewing( we have a fixed ip ), i have currently set the cctv ip for 192.168.1.70 subnet to 255.255.255.0, gateway for 192.168.1.250 ( i think )

i can currently ping me router remotly but am unable to set the router up for alowing a route to the cctv, can anyone help or is there an idiots guide for this ?????
