PHONE LINE AND BROADBAND

Pavilion

Our charity has just taken over a derelict building from our local council as an asset transfer. We need a landline and broadband installed. How do we go about it? The building has been out of use for 20+ years so is not registered with the post office, albeit we have requested this.

Hi @Pavilion ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Once the address is registered with Royal Mail, please send me over a private message and I can help you place the order for a line and broadband.

Thanks,

Okay. Thank you. Is there a charge for installing a new phone line? I don't think the building has ever had one.

Hi, if the building has never had a line connected before then some install fee will apply but we can not know what this will be until engineers have visited and if a survey is necessary it is completed. Thank you, Adam
