Choosing Between BT Hosting & Third-Party Providers for Product-Based Businesses

Hi everyone,

I’m currently running a product sourcing and distribution company and looking to expand our digital presence with a proper eCommerce website. While I’ve seen good things about BT’s web hosting services , I’m also considering other third-party options like SiteGround or Hostinger.

I’d love to get your insights on a few things:

  1. How reliable is BT hosting for mid-sized eCommerce websites (around 100–300 SKUs)?

  2. Does BT hosting support easy integration with inventory systems or third-party CRMs?

  3. For those running product-based businesses, what made you stick with or switch from BT’s hosting platform?

I’m looking for a clean, fast, and secure solution with minimal downtime—and ideally a platform that can scale with the business as it grows.
