I have followed the procedure on http://secure.business.bt.com/, but after answering the secret question, I do not get any pin! I do get a email with :
“BT.com password change - important information
This is an example template for forgotten password” but there is nothing else on the email.
I have tried this several times

Hi, we got this resolved after Anthony0908 private messaged me but I want to reply publicly for anyone else who finds this and is looking for help with the same issue.
If you've tried to reset the password using http://secure.business.bt.com/ and you're getting this error, please get in touch as our Tech team can help out.
To change your password for your btconnect.com email address, go to secure.business.bt.com. You then enter your email address into the box provided and click "I've forgotten my password" this will take you through the reset journey.
