I can't connect my samsung galaxy y to my bt connect.com email account, i've tried the "quick" method and the manual one with no success, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can find a guide to setting up the email here - that should give you all the settings you need to set up manually. If that does not work, we would have a chargeable IT Support desk who would be able to help, available on 0800 500 247, but in all honesty I think you would be better taking that to a phone shop to get checked out - if all the settings are in correctly and it still does not work, it could potentially be an issue with the phone itself, or the phones email client.
