Hello, I have customers that receive email newsletters as part of theire purchase, and for the last 3 days every email I send to a "btinternet.com" address gives this bounce message:
smtp 554 Message rejected for policy reasons (3.2.2.1)
It's not a lot of email being sent, and it's not spam...
All of the IP sender scores are 97, and all IP's are clean here:
http://www.cyren.com/ip-reputation-check.html
We are now getting a ton of complaints from paying customers asking where there email newsletters are...
Can someone please help me, or direct me to the best place to get someone to investigate? I sent an email to postmaster@btinternet.com yesterday with all the details...no response yet.
This is urgent.
Thank you...
Dan
Hi Dan,
that is the contact us link for BTInternet.com Mail team,
you may need to get a customer who hasn't recivied the mail to report the fault, as (if i'm seeing right your not a btinternet.com customer so you may struggle to get them to pick up)
thanks
Plumly
Having the same issue here - been posting in this thread
Did anyone ever sucessfully resolve their delivery issues? If so, how did you get in contact? Email postmaster@ does not seem to help. I've been doing that regularly for the last 5 months and have yet to get a response!
