Is it possible to DELETE a btconnect email address?

Hi,

I would like to know how to delete a btconnect email address. Is it possible?

I know it used to be possible, as I have done it in the past. But when I sign into bt now, I can't find any email account admin tools/menu. They used to be there, but aren't anymore.

So how do I delete a btcconect.com email account? Who do I send a request to?

Hi slpj,

the option to delete/de-activate email addresses is still there, you need to login as the primary @btconnect.com email address through the manage services option on our website http://business.bt.com

I've been stumbling around that site for ages, and for some reason i just couldn't find out how to do it. I kept getting lost in all the different options.
